Police have arrested a Forty-two year old West Virginia man as a suspect in the recent hamburger bun stealing spree in Verona, New Jersey. Reginald "Rudy" Brown is known as "Boogs" and may have several other aliases.
Brown is twenty one inches tall and is predominantly white with reddish brown hair, and five large distinguishing marks on his back and neck. Known to have ties to street life, he also has lived in Branchburg and has been through the foster system.
Police are working with a sketch artist and will release their findings to the public later today. It is suspected that Brown may have an accomplice.
